New Runners Generation, or NRG, is a group of young free runners based in Thame, practising the mental and physical disciplines of le parkour around Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The group aims to establish an atmosphere where people can be introduced to and experience the currently flourishing urban expression sport of Parkour, or free running. The group has no discrimination to gender or race, and insists that all participants share this open-minded, no-attitude approach, common to all Parkour groups across the world. We are all active members of the global Parkour community, aiming to spread the popularity of Parkour by organising regular runs and jams for free runners in the area.
